After production, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. International orders may take longer depending on destination.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Sizing & Fit
Are your shirts true to size?
Yes. Our shirts are generally true to size. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
What if my shirt doesn't fit?
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or replacements only for defective or damaged items.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Print & Quality
How are your shirts printed?
We use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for vibrant, durable designs.
Will the design fade or crack?
With proper care, prints are made to last. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying low.
Care Instructions
- Wash cold, inside-out
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the design
