Returns & Refunds Policy

At SpeakUpTees, each product is made to order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

All products are custom-made, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color preferences

  • Ordering the wrong item

👉 Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product descriptions, and color options before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will provide a free replacement or refund, in accordance with our print provider’s policies.

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will correct the issue with a replacement or refund once confirmed.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit and confirmed as undeliverable by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing are not guaranteed replacements.

Sizing Disclaimer

Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues unless the item is defective.

Please consult the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Final Sale Items

All items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
